Diane is confident in working with adult and children/young people from secondary school age and has done since her placement in a local secondary school including completing their online safeguarding training. Specialising in Anxiety & Neurodiversity but confident in working with many issues including self esteem and relationship issues and loss in all its forms. She focuses on empowering the client to be their best self and for this to be then reflected in their surroundings and life moving forward. Working integratively or in a person centred way depending on the client and their dilemma.

Biography
Counselling has been a passion of mine for many years, around bereavements and other challenges. Having experienced hardships myself I have grown alongside my training and have a lived sense of how life can make us think we are not worthy of more until we believe it ourselves, my passion is to make you see just how wonderful you are and how much life has to offer when you change the internal narrative &believe that. I like to incorporate different theoretical approaches as I appreciate all of us process differently. Neurodiversity affirming Sessions working with you as you wonderfully are.
