Biography
I began working in mental health in my twenties and began my training as a counsellor in 2005 to support my work in hypnotherapy. After working as a hypnotherapist and CBT practitioner, I completed a degree in Counselling. Before my degree was complete, I was also working as lecturer and went on to formalise this role in a programme lead position overseeing The Access Programme and teaching levels 2-6. After leaving full time teaching to go back to industry, I continued teaching P/T and training for Mind. I then worked 3 years running an NHS crisis team. I now work for Omnia in operations
