Biography
As a therapist, i am passionate about creating positive change and providing space for my clients to find their voice amongst the world but more importantly, within themselves. My role is not to give you advice or tell you what to do, but to listen with perspective and empathy, whilst you find the solutions you hold within.
I work with a wide range of presenting issues from Self-esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self-harm, Bereavement/Loss, Domestic Violence, Body-Image/Bodily Dissatisfaction and relationship difficulties.
