Sarah-Jane has been a qualified counsellor for the past 3 years and has a wide-range of experience in supporting children and young people in secondary and higher education, as well as in digital mental health services. She has also supported adults for a range of issues in private practice.
Her core modality is Person Centred placing the client at the heart of the session, but draws on tools from other disciplines such as CBT, Creative Therapies and Motivational Interviewing.
With a background in sports and fitness, Sarah-Jane takes a holistic approach in supporting the mind and body.
