I am a counsellor specialising in supporting people experiencing a range of issues including Trauma, Burnout, Anxiety, Low Self-esteem, Depression and Long Covid.

I am here to offer you a space that is completely yours, sessions are tailored to your needs and allow you to safely explore whatever is going on for you; I hold the space for you without agenda or judgement to ensure you feel seen and heard.
